By having your photo taken, you and all others in the photo consent to your photo being used by Rachel Cushing of Shutter & Joy for any means including, but not limited to, social media, marketing and promotions, whether in print or digital.

Your photo will be available in a shared album. This means that others with access to this album will be able to see your photo. They do not have permission to use it in any way, including downloading the photo.

Rachel Cushing of Shutter & Joy owns the copyright of your photo. You have permission to share your photo with family and friends and through social media platforms.

All bookings made during The National Wedding Show (23-24/04/2022) will be entered into a prize draw to win 50% off their booking!
Terms & Conditions:

All bookings will be entered once they have cleared the 14 day cool-off period and deposit has been received.

Bookings will only be entered if 5 or more bookings are eligible to enter.

50% off applies to all services and products except travel and accommodation.

50% off negates the 25% saving on three or more additional extras.

50% off applies to all services and products requested at the time of booking except where the 50% discount would incur costs for the photographer (for example, photobooks, prints, second photographers, smoke bombs) in which case 25% off will apply to those specific services and products, again to the same terms, in which case no discount will be applied. The full 50% will still apply to all services and products that do not encroach on the photographer’s costs.

The winners cannot remove services and products that they selected when entering the competition. They may add services and products, but any added after the winner is announced will be charged at full price.

Bookings cancelled after the 14 day cooling-off period will be charged 50% of the total cost of their booking, including additional extras, unless an alternative wedding can be booked to replace it within one week. If such a wedding does not match the original amount, the cancelled couple will make up the difference.

Bookings cancelled due to Covid-19 will not be charged and deposit will be fully refunded if an alternative date cannot be organised, with the exception of costs incurred by the photographer.
